INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF D. LGS. 30 JUNE 2003 N. 196 AND THE GDPR European Regulation 2016/679
1. Personal data controller. MGF SRL with registered office in Via Reali, 8 -50053 Empoli (FI) P. IVA 06517940489 is the data controller.
2. Purpose of processing. The personal data provided are processed within the normal activity of MGF SRL, according to the following purposes:
(a) to execute the request the user is making;
(b) for operational and management needs;
(c) to carry out statistical analyses;
(d) to comply with legal obligations;
e) Newsletter subscription: the User's e-mail address is included in a list of contacts to whom e-mail messages containing information, including of a commercial and promotional nature, may be sent.
Processing shall be carried out with the aid of electronic or in any case automated means and shall include, in compliance with the limits and conditions laid down by Art. 11 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, all the operations or set of operations envisaged by the same decree under the term 'processing'.
3. Legal bases of processing. The data requested in the fields marked
asterisk are necessary for the performance of contractual and pre-contractual obligations. Failure to provide such personal data may, however, result in our inability to execute the existing contract and other related obligations.
Outside these cases, the provision of personal data is useful to improve the service we can provide you with and is optional in nature. The processing of your personal data for the purpose referred to in point 2 letter e) will only take place with your consent. This consent may be revoked at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the revocation, by following the instructions given in the "Rights of the data subject" section
4. Communication and dissemination of data. The data collected will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties except in the cases provided for in the information notice and/or the law and in any case in the manner provided for by the law.

5. Period of retention of personal data. The data collected will be retained until the pursuit of the purposes indicated in point 2 of the relevant notice and, in addition, for a further period of 10 years, for the time necessary to manage contractual and accounting obligations pursuant to Article 2220 of the Civil Code.

5. Rights of the data subject. Pursuant to Art. 12 of Legislative Decree 679/2016 (GDPR), the data subject has the right to obtain: confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her and their communication in an intelligible form, the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, the identification details of the data controller, the subjects to whom the data may be communicated.
The data subject has the right to obtain: the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, the integration of the data, the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; the data subject has the right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, also for the purpose of sending advertising materials, direct selling or for market research or commercial communication.

6. Right to complain. Data subjects who consider that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in breach of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
