The guarantee on our products covers any manufacturing or processing defects for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.
What the warranty includes:
- Defects related to the stabilisation process (e.g. abnormal discolouration not resulting from improper exposure).
- Structural problems due to assembly errors.
What is not covered by the warranty:
- Damage caused by improper use, such as:
- Direct exposure to intense sunlight or heat sources.
- Placement in environments with extremely high humidity or excessively dry conditions.
- Contact with water or liquids (stabilised products do not require irrigation).
- Excessive or careless handling of the product.
- Aesthetic alterations resulting from normal natural ageing of the product.
Conditions of validity: To benefit from the guarantee, the customer must present proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). In the event of a problem, the product must be returned for technical evaluation. Should the defect fall within the terms of the guarantee, the product will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
Important note: Compliance with the instructions for the correct storage of the product is essential to ensure its durability. It is recommended to consult the care guide enclosed with the product to avoid situations not covered by the warranty.
